There have been a few changes around here. The cats are in hiding until bedtime when the house is quiet and everyone is asleep. During the day the house is filled with lots of children, our grandchildren as well as neighborhood children. There has been lots of laughter, fewer sibling arguments, and a sweet recognition that this time is fleeting, and I dare say these three will be bound for college. We are feeling fortunate that we are able to have this rare and special time together.
I will get back to my blog soon as well as comments and visits to others as well. I thought I could still stay in touch with this world, but it is more important at this point in time to be present in the grandparenting world. I hope everyone enjoys the holiday in the US or the weekend if you are elsewhere. We are taking our grandkids camping for two nights starting on Sunday up near MT Hood, our first camping trip with our grandchildren. Thank you for your patience.
