I have been traveling in the car and in my mind, in transition from another place to another time in my thinking. Not necessarily textile/cloth related, it speaks to time counted that is meaningful and reinforcing to life, balance, and new ideas for expression.

I arrived in Mendocino, a tiny coastal town overlooking the Pacific Ocean late Friday evening and drove to San Francisco the next day to visit my brother. The weather was perfect, restorative, and the city beautiful.

I am back in Mendocino for ten days to begin some focus on a new project with a little trepidation, but also excitement.

It’s a small world. I know Mendocino quite well.
Now I am very curious. I am wondering if i know you!
just the pictures are refreshing…
The weather was unusually warm with blue sky and sunshine and no fog.
I really enjoyed the skyline. I will be seeing it friday and look forward to seeing it. However, I don’t want to move back. I love the excitement that LA offers and all the possibilities that come with it.
Good luck on this new project, you are probably dreaming of it as well. Some how a new project seems to pervade the skin and very being.
Well, you will enjoy it. Seems like the two cities are so vastly different to be in the same state.
I’ll wave to you from Alameda! Can you see me? I’m there on the roof with the long haired little girl jumping on the trampoline in the yard.
I can see you! What fun. I know you are getting rain today.
Lovely photos! Looks like you are having a wonderful time!
